With a heart anchored in spiritual renewal and a calling rooted in prayer and purpose, Dr. Shelton founded The RefresHer Collective as a divine response to the growing need for restoration among women navigating the demands of life, leadership, and identity. Her vision was clear: to create a space where women could encounter God authentically, grow spiritually, and walk boldly in who they were created to be.
Guided by the foundational principles of RefresHer, PusHer, and CHerish, Dr. Shelton has built more than a platform—she has cultivated a movement. One that prioritizes the presence of God, embraces the power of prayer, and honors the beauty of intentional sisterhood.
The mission of The RefresHer Collective is to cultivate sacred spaces where women are spiritually refreshed, empowered through sacred Scripture and prayer, and strengthened in sisterhood—equipping them to walk boldly in their God-given identity and purpose.
We envision a global community of women who live renewed, pray with power, and walk confidently in purpose—rooted in faith, connected in sisterhood, and transformed from the inside out. Through every devotional, gathering, and encounter, our vision is to see women restored, activated, and flourishing in every area of their lives.
